Terms and Conditions for Microblading Services
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your microblading appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you want to change your appointment a £35 fee will be charged.
- If you cancel within 24hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Once you have paid the £50 deposit, if you wish to move your appointment a fee of £35 will be charged.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on the circumstances. The cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.
5. No-Shows
- Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your £50 deposit, and you will be required to pay a new deposit for any future booking
6. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
